About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our College community who will play a key role in promoting and recruiting for all work-related opportunities on behalf of employers. From Apprenticeships, T-Levels, Placements and Full/Part Time Job vacancies, you'll be at the forefront of helping individuals take their first or next step.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll work closely with current and prospective students and apprentices, employers and internal teams to ensure all work-related opportunities and Apprenticeships are effectively promoted, understood and roles filled with the right candidate.

Working alongside our Stakeholder Engagement Team, you will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with employers, prospective students and apprentices and other key referral agencies to ensure positive outcomes for all.

This post provides an opportunity to gain a wide range of experience and the opportunity to develop your knowledge and mentoring skills. You in turn will become part of a valued team working together to ensure success.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role as travel between Chesterfield and our Derby campus will be required.
