My client, a market-leading law firm, is looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. To carry out this role, you must have recent experience hiring in the legal sector and be happy commuting to a London office 3 days a week.
Duties will include:
Supporting with recruitment across the firm including both qualified fee earners and business support vacancies.
Taking responsibility for end-to-end recruitment, processing vacancies from management approval to offer.
Advising hiring managers on the recruitment process.
Acting as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies and leading on recruitment briefings.
Pro-actively working to identify direct applicants through different methods including social media, advertisements, referrals, etc.
Managing the ATS, ensuring candidates are updated in a timely manner.
Working with the DE+I Manager to ensure that all recruitment policies and procedures are inclusive.
Promoting DE+I across the business and ensuring that interview panels are provided with sensitivity training where necessary.
To carry out this role, you must:
Have experience recruiting in the legal sector, either in an agency or in-house.
Be immediately available or on a short notice.
Have the confidence to challenge hiring managers or partners where necessary.
