Job description

Recruitment Resourcer

GBP16.48 per hour based on 35 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Site-based role in Walsall

ASAP start required

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to work at the RAC Call Centre based in the Bescot area of Walsall. The RAC is one of the UK's biggest and most well-recognised companies in the motoring industry. Their office in Walsall is conveniently located for those commuting by public or private transport, with large, free on-site parking and proximity to a bus stop and train station with regular links to Walsall and Birmingham City Centre.

Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support RAC's internal recruitment within their Patrol and SMR departments by screening and sourcing applications that meet the role criteria:

  • Reviewing candidate CVs
  • Telephone screening applicants to ensure they possess the necessary skills and qualifications
  • Handling a high volume of applicants daily
  • Processing candidates within the internal system

Requirements:

We seek a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, capable of screening a large volume of candidates daily while maintaining focus and efficiency. Excellent telecommunication skills and the ability to assess key competencies against a set job specification are essential:
