Bishop Fleming, a leading provider of audit and accountancy services, seeks a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Advisor to enhance their in-house recruitment team. The role involves managing high-volume recruitment, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, contributing to the firm’s growth and success.
Are you a confident and capable recruiter who thrives on direct sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and making an impact? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Advisor to join our growing in-house recruitment team and help us attract the best talent to support our continued growth as a firm.
As a key member of our People team, you'll be responsible for recruiting experienced hires across our core service lines including Audit, Tax, and Accountancy. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, reduce our reliance on agencies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience — all while helping us win in the people market.
