Are you a confident and capable recruiter who thrives on direct sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and making an impact? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Advisor to join our growing in-house recruitment team and help us attract the best talent to support our continued growth as a firm.

As a key member of our People team, you'll be responsible for recruiting experienced hires across our core service lines including Audit, Tax, and Accountancy. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, reduce our reliance on agencies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience — all while helping us win in the people market.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for a significant number of live roles at any given time across the firm
  • Leading on direct sourcing — including LinkedIn outreach, talent pooling and networking — to reduce agency usage and deliver significant cost savings
  • Creating compelling job adverts and attraction strategies in partnership with hiring managers and the wider Talent Acquisition team
  • Conducting initial screening interviews and coordinating the full interview and offer process
  • Maintaining and managing candidate records and recruitment activity through Workday (our HRIS and Applicant Tracking System/ATS), ensuring accurate and accessible reporting for Senior Leadership
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing team on employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Supporting the development of strategic hiring plans and bringing fresh thinking to continuously improve how we recruit
  • Monitoring recruitment market trends and using this insight to guide decision-making

About You

We’re open to individuals from both in-house and agency backgrounds – especially those who:

  • Are confident sourcing and headhunting directly through platforms like LinkedIn
  • Can manage a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment workload
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a commercial and trusted hiring partner
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and tenacity in finding great people
  • Have a good grasp of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)/recruitment systems (experience with Workday is a bonus)
  • Are passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within professional services
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with recruitment technology and ATS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
