About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Headhunter & Recruitment Advisor to guide and support rapidly growing startups. With 20 years of experience in recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategies of our client companies. This role involves advising startups on recruitment best practices, integrating AI tools to enhance recruitment processes, and providing guidance on market expansion and operational scaling. You will be responsible for identifying targeted market expansion opportunities and ensuring that the startups have the right talent in place to achieve their growth objectives. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your extensive recruitment expertise to make a significant impact on the success of innovative startups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise startups on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to their specific needs and growth objectives.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools and technologies into the recruitment process to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Provide guidance on market expansion and operational scaling, ensuring that talent acquisition aligns with business goals.
  • Identify and assess targeted market expansion opportunities, advising startups on the talent requirements for successful entry.
