Webrecruit is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to win new business and build lasting relationships. You’ll prospect proactively, engage decision-makers, and close opportunities while managing accounts to secure repeat business in a hybrid Exeter-based role.

You’ll gain exposure to recruitment advertising solutions and ATS products, with a commission scheme and a supportive environment to develop commercial knowledge and your career.

Formación

• Experience in a target-driven sales environment (B2B or B2C).
• Ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting and outbound calls.
• Experience progressing opportunities, handling objections and securing commitments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to identify repeat business and grow accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new recruitment advertising business through proactive prospecting, outbound calls and closing opportunities.
• Identify organisations that could benefit from Webrecruit’s services and engage with decision-makers.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, securing repeat business and growth.
• Understand recruitment challenges and recommend solutions.
• Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and customer records.
