Join the Cofton Holidays Team as a Recruitment Administrator!

Are you a people-person with a knack for organisation and a passion for helping others succeed? As we gear up for a busy summer, Cofton Holidays is on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly HR team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we have the right people in place to keep our award-winning holiday park running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Screening applications and conducting telephone interviews
    • Scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers
    • Reviewing applications to ensure quality and compliance
    • Supporting new hires with onboarding documentation
    • Coordinating with departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
    • Booking successful candidates into training sessions and offering support throughout
    • Acting as a key point of contact for new employees during their onboarding journey
What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous recruitment experience — we’ll provide full training. We're looking for someone who brings:

    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • A confident and professional phone manner
    • A keen eye for detail and a calm, patient approach
    • A team player who genuinely enjoys working with people
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

Role Details

    • Contract: Fixed-term seasonal role until 30th September 2025
    • Hours: 20 hours per week, across 5 days
    • Availability: Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday and early evenings
