About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedRecruitment Administratorto support our busy Talent Acquisition team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
On a daily basis youll be responsible for, but not limited to :
- Interview Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Contract Management:Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely return of employment contracts and documentation.
- Job Requisition Creation:Create and manage job requisitions inWorkday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Recruitment Inbox Management:Monitor and respond to queries in the recruitment inbox, escalating as necessary.
- Purchase Orders & Invoicing:Raise and track purchase orders (POs), process recruitment-related invoices, and liaise with finance as needed.
- Weekly Reporting:Compile and distribute weekly recruitment reports, tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, open roles, and candidate pipeline.
- Job Posting:Post job adverts on internal and external platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- CV Screening:Conduct initial screening of CVs to shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
About You
- Proven experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency withWorkdayor similar systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working with data and generating reports (Excel or similar tools)
- Experience with invoicing and purchase order systems is a plus
