Recruitment Administrator

Bank Partners (part of Acacium Group)

Newcastle-under-Lyme

£24,570 per annum

Monday to Friday - 8am – 4pm / 9am – 5pm / 10am – 6pm (37.5 per week)

We work in partnership with each of our trusts to ensure we help staff shortages across the wards seamlessly and efficiently.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will proactively collaborate with candidates and team members to ensure that all candidates are compliant and ready to work within a reasonable timeframe, aligning with our time-to-hire KPIs. You will play a vital role in welcoming and onboarding candidates efficiently and smoothly.

Every day you will…

  • Screen and virtually interview applicants.
  • Onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth and speedy process.
  • Be an expert in the onboarding journey, ensuring candidates are happy with their experience at Bank Partners.
  • Ensure candidates have completed all required processes, including payroll and system setup, and are provided with all mandatory items for their first Bank Partners placement.
  • Take charge of candidate induction and deliver guidance.
