Overview

ADR Network is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of professional HGV drivers. We work with some of the biggest names in logistics, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to help us source, screen, and register high-quality temporary agency drivers. If you're people-focused, organised, and ready to build a fast-paced career in recruitment, we want to hear from you. As a Recruiter, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our HGV drivers.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening applicants for temporary HGV driving roles
  • Conducting short telephone interviews and initial assessments
  • Entering and maintaining accurate driver information on our internal database
  • Ensuring compliance with employment documentation and legal requirements
  • Assessing applicant experience and suitability to meet client requirements
  • Supporting new drivers through the onboarding process to ensure assignment success
Location and hours

You’ll be based at our Corby Office, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We also offer some flexibility with working hours if you choose to work occasional weekends.

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be speaking to drivers daily
  • A goal-oriented and motivated approach to your work
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities
  • A willingness to learn about driver regulations, documentation and compliance
  • Attention to detail – ensuring all checks and paperwork are in place before placements
  • Previous recruitment or transport industry experience is helpful, but not essential
