Job summary

Kingdom People are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to work at one of our client’s locations. The role is based in office enviornment in the food factory that operates 24/7. Daily shop floor presence in food production and warehouse environment (ambient temparature) is required.

Full PPE will have to be worn (hair net, boots, overall – all provided). The role offers a permanent position with a starting salary of £26,700 plus a peak bonus paid between November and January.

Qualifications

• Be able to work 8 hr shift.
• Flexibility around weekends and early/late hours.
• Previous experience in recruitment is not essential, however admin experience desired.
• Being able to commute to Blackpool (FY4 4NQ) - good links of transport.

Responsibilities

• Conducting check ins at client premises
• Sending out attendance report to client
• Conducting inductions/training
• Liaising with management regarding staff orders
• Updating documents on system
• General administrative duties
• On call duties required during the weekend
