Job summary

Kingdom People is recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client at Gateshead (NE11 0PZ). The role is based in an office environment in a food factory that operates 24/7, with daily shop floor presence in food production and warehouse operations. Full PPE is provided.

£26,700 starting salary + peak bonus (paid November–January). 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00, with some on-call weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Be able to work 8 hour shift.
• Flexibility around weekends and early/late hours.
• Previous experience in recruitment is not essential, however admin experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Conducting check ins at client premises.
• Sending out attendance report to client.
• Conducting inductions/training.
• Liaising with management regarding staff orders.
• Updating documents on system.
• General administrative duties.
• On call duties required during the weekend.
