Job Description:

Purpose

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the success, relationships, and growth of a key client in West London, focusing on recruitment, client management, and account growth.

Relationships

You will create and maintain excellent relationships with:

  • Hiring managers
  • Candidates
  • Your line manager
  • The Associate Director
  • The compliance team
  • Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve an annual business plan based on client demand and opportunities
  • Manage a high volume of vacancies and source top talent for the client
  • Meet KPIs and standards including meetings per week, CVs sent per role, client and candidate satisfaction, and more
  • Develop stakeholder plans and meet regularly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Increase the market share of client spend
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
  • Support other accounts as needed
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation
  • Report weekly on financial performance
  • Use reporting tools to analyze data
  • Hold regular service review meetings with stakeholders

Person Specification:

  • Experienced Recruiter/Account Manager with high-volume client management experience
  • High customer service orientation
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Professional and team-oriented
  • Willing to travel to Head Office and between campuses
