Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Tech (270 Role | Delivery-Led with Sales Focus | Manchester)

Location: Manchester City Centre (5-day week incl. early Friday finish)

Salary: Up to £30,000 + bonus + structured progression (we will pay more for the right person!)

Experience Required: 1–2 years in recruitment (ideally perm/tech)

We’re a values-led recruitment business in Manchester looking for a proactive, driven recruiter to join our tech team in a 270 role. You’ll be working with engaged, long-standing clients across tech, data, and digital – but we’re not looking for someone to sit back and wait for jobs to land.

This is for someone who loves delivery, but still wants to influence, sell, and push processes forward.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking high-quality tech roles from client brief to candidate placement
  • Working directly with hiring managers to qualify and scope requirements
  • Sourcing and managing candidates through full recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborating with internal team and leadership on delivery strategy
  • Taking ownership – with freedom to run your own process and ideas

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years in a 360 or 270 recruitment role (ideally tech/perm)
  • Naturally proactive – you enjoy picking up the phone, asking questions, closing deals
  • Strong organisational skills – you can manage process, pipeline, and pace
  • You’ve experienced the ups and downs of recruitment – and you’re still hungry to grow
  • Positive, values-led, collaborative mindset – we back each other here
