Job Description:

Purpose: As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the success, relationships, and growth of Peterborough College. Your focus will be recruitment, client management, and account growth.

Relationships: You will create and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, the Associate Director, the compliance team, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve an annual business plan based on client demand and opportunities.
  2. Manage a high volume of vacancies and source top talent.
  3. Meet KPIs such as meetings per week, new business, CVs sent, client and candidate satisfaction, and others.
  4. Develop stakeholder plans and build relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Increase market share of client spend.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
  8. Support other accounts as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate data records and documentation.
  10. Report weekly on financial performance and use reporting tools effectively.
  11. Conduct regular service review meetings with stakeholders.

Person Specification:

  1. Experienced Recruiter/Account Manager with high-volume client management experience.
  2. High customer service orientation.
  3. Strong IT skills, proficient with systems and Microsoft Office.
  4. Ability to work independently with ownership and responsibility.
  5. Professional demeanor, representing the company well.
  6. Willing to travel to Head Office and campuses as required.
