Job Description:

Role Objective: To be responsible for the growth and development of accounts by managing relationships with clients and candidates. Provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations in delivery, engagement, and operational adherence to the contract.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead recruitment efforts, sourcing and presenting candidates.
  • Identify opportunities and develop relationships with talent acquisition teams.
  • Create candidate sourcing strategies and achieve role fill rates.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide insights.
  • Support clients with agency worker issues and satisfaction surveys.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans based on feedback.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Conduct on-site visits and build face-to-face relationships.
  • Manage queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Visit clients on-site approximately 2 days a week.
  • Enhance the company's profile within accounts and the wider market.
  • Maintain accurate data in internal systems.
  • Mentor Account Consultants.
