Qualifications

Ideally you will have experience working within recruitment and or Account Management already with exposure to Industrial, Engineering, Driving or commercial desks. With flexibility to work across Nottingham and Derby alike.

Account Manager Responsibilities

  • To manage multiple client accounts servicing their recruitment needs.
  • Gather and present back management information to clients covering performance though to market conditions.
  • Put together full recruitment campaigns with a view to fulfilling your clients needs.
  • Attract candidates utilising social media, job boards, word of mouth and industry events.
  • To understand detailed client briefs and recruit suitable staff on time in the right numbers.
  • Offer an outstanding level of customer care to all clients and candidates.
  • Maximise candidate registrations from a mixture of applications and head hunting.
  • Interview candidates for client roles remotely via our online digital registration process.
  • Perform regular candidate after care check in calls.
  • Achieve monthly service KPI's as set by the Management.
  • Work towards pre-set promotion targets.
  • Have a regular onsite presence on site with your clients.
  • Build relationships and network within your clients and maximise opportunities.

Account Manager Skills And Experience

  • Enthusiasm, drive and great communication skills.
  • Excellent track record in customer service and administration.
  • Preferably having worked within an Account Management role before.
  • Team player and able to get stuck into the team dynamics.
  • Confident and proactive approach to work going above and beyond.
  • Strong competitor!
  • Highly organised and proactive.
  • Excellent people skills across phone, face to face, emails etc.
  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience working in recruitment beneficial but not essential.
  • Full driving licence essential.
