Your Opportunity: Team Leader

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team as a Team Leader. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a 360 permanent Early Childhood desk while guiding, inspiring, and driving team success.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting team members to meet and exceed goals
2. Leading by example with accountability and exceptional service
3. Managing and developing a personal billing desk, sourcing top talent, and maintaining strong client relationships within early childhood education
4. Developing and implementing operational plans that deliver results
5. Coaching and mentoring to build leadership capacity
6. Promoting One Team behaviors for organisational alignment
7. Attracting, onboarding, and marketing educators, while fostering professional relationships to enhance client and educator satisfaction

What You'll Bring

• Leadership or management experience within agency recruitment
