Position: Recruitment Team Lead in Life Sciences

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days at 8 Bishopsgate)

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Inspire: Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team. Aim to meet and exceed targets.
  2. Drive Success: Analyse data and trends. Identify opportunities and collaborate with senior leaders for business growth.
  3. Build Relationships: Develop long-term client and candidate relationships. Offer consultative advice and ensure a positive experience.
  4. Elevate Sales: Identify new business opportunities and engage with key accounts. Champion the “kite” model approach.

Qualifications:

  1. In-depth Knowledge of SThree’s Brands and Services: Comprehensive understanding of SThree’s recruitment solutions, particularly within Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, FMCG).
  2. Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making.
  3. Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Proven Experience in Managing and Developing Sales Teams: Demonstrated success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  6. Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with the ability to recognise market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
  7. Track Record of Meeting Performance Standards: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  8. Experience in Contract Recruitment: Specific experience in the contract recruitment space, understanding the nuances and demands of short-term, project-based placements.
  9. Experience in the Life Sciences Industry: Understanding of the Life Sciences sector, including key industry trends, regulatory environments, and talent landscape.
