Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Dyfed Powys Police as a Recruiting Officer in People & Organisational Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Manager for Recruitment, Selection & Apprenticeships.
  • Drive recruitment campaigns aligned with workforce plans.
  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers and applicants regarding recruitment policies and procedures for police officers, staff, agency staff, special constabulary, apprentices, interns, and volunteers.

Additional Information
