Who We Are...
All We Wear Group (AWWG) is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

The project!
As part of the CBE team, you will be an ambassador of the brand to ensure consistency, quality, and implementation of all Window and Store environments in your area.

What will the role entail?

  • Support the CBE Manager in development of all VM tools, processes, and delivering on all projects. Work together to create seasonal VM guidelines and assist in facilitating visual merchandising training.
  • Support all stores remotely and during visits to ensure products are displayed according to brand standards and guidelines.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Area Managers and store teams.
  • Be a role model in store for the CBE department, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
  • Work with area/store managers to ensure key products are well displayed.
  • Support team members as needed.
  • Document and take ownership of props in your area.
  • Share qualitative and photographic feedback after visits.
  • Assist in facilitating visual merchandising training for store teams.
  • Maintain store environment to luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, window props, and furniture are in excellent condition.
  • Visit competitors and share best practices.
Requirements:
Required Skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • 3+ years of experience in the field
  • Availability to travel
  • Experience in visual merchandising within a luxury brand
  • Creative background with awareness of current trends in fashion retail and technology
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite
