Recruiting Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

Our Worldwide Amazon Stores TA Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon.

This candidate will be an organizational subject matter expert, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, working directly with candidates and hiring managers
  2. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  3. Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  4. Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  5. Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  6. Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting events as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree or diploma in HR or related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
  • Experience with technical tracking systems/software (like ATS)
