Job Description:

We're hiring Business Developers in the UK Healthcare Sector. No experience needed; full training provided.

We’re seeking motivated individuals interested in gaining experience in business development, recruitment, or healthcare compliance.

This is a remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You earn from each placement and can increase your income by bringing in new clients, with potential earnings between 3k to 5k just for client acquisition.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound and taking inbound calls to healthcare clients in the UK.
  • Managing your own schedule and clients.
  • earning commissions from your first placement and new clients.
  • Working part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (35+ hours/week). The more hours worked, the higher the earning potential.
  • Using provided tools like an Outlook email, PABX phone line, and receiving full training over 1-2 weeks.

Candidate requirements:

  • Confidence on the phone, especially with UK-based clients.
  • Experience in retail, telesales, or healthcare is advantageous.
  • No formal qualifications required—just a positive attitude, good phone skills, and motivation.
  • Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service over the phone.
  • Reliable internet, a fast PC or laptop, and a quiet workspace with backup power.
