Job Description:

We're hiring Business Developers for the UK Healthcare Sector. No experience needed; full training provided.

We’re seeking motivated individuals interested in gaining experience in business development, recruitment, or healthcare compliance.

This is a remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You earn from every placement and every hour worked, with additional earnings when bringing in new clients, potentially earning between 3k to 5k just for that.

Responsibilities include:

• Making outbound and taking inbound calls to healthcare clients in the UK.
• Managing your own schedule and client relationships.
• Receiving commission from your first placement and on new clients.
• Working part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (35+ hours/week). More hours mean higher earning potential.
• Full training and support provided, including an outlook email, PABX phone line, and 1-2 weeks of training.

Ideal candidates:

• Confident on the phone, especially with UK clients.
• Experience in retail, telesales, or healthcare is a plus.
• No formal qualifications required; a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.
• Suitable internet, a fast PC or laptop, and a quiet home workspace with backup power are needed.
