Job Description:

We're Hiring – Business Developers (UK Healthcare Sector - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, FULL TRAINING PROVIDED).

We’re currently looking for motivated individuals willing to gain experience in business development and recruitment or with compliance in healthcare experience.

This is a remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You’ll earn from every placement and every hour worked, with additional earnings when bringing in new clients, potentially earning between 3k to 5k just for that.

What’s involved:

  • Making outbound and taking inbound calls to existing and potential healthcare clients in the UK.
  • Managing your own time and clients from your own desk.
  • Commission paid from your first placement or new client.
  • Choosing your hours – part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (35+ hours/week). The more hours worked, the higher the earning potential.
  • Provided with an Outlook email, PABX telephone line, and full training for 1-2 weeks.

What we’re looking for:

  • Confidence on the phone, especially speaking with UK-based clients.
  • Experience in retail, telesales, or healthcare is an advantage.
  • No formal qualifications needed—just a good attitude, strong phone skills, and motivation to succeed.
  • Full support and free training to help you start and feel comfortable in healthcare recruitment.
  • Retail or well-spoken individuals capable of building rapport and providing good customer service over the phone.

This role suits someone who:

  • Is eager to earn and comfortable working on commission.
  • Wants to learn and grow within the UK healthcare recruitment industry.
  • Enjoys speaking to people and building relationships.
  • Has a suitable internet connection, a fast PC or laptop, and a quiet remote workspace with backup power.
