Join a high-growth startup as a full-time Recruiter responsible for talent acquisition and managing all recruiting efforts. You’ll need at least three years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a startup, and the ability to manage various hiring processes independently. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to implement effective recruiting strategies that meet the organization's needs.

What you will be doing:
Handling all recruiting activities on the East Coast. You will take over responsibilities for talent acquisition and own the outcomes, managing the process from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with key stakeholders to plan and execute recruiting strategies.
You’ll be recruiting for all positions within the organization, from technical roles to sales and support.
