Note: It isn’t a good fit for people who look to others for direction and permission or require teammates to accomplish goals; you will be making it happen.

What you will be doing:

Handling all recruiting activities on the East Coast. You will take over responsibilities for talent acquisition and own the outcomes, managing the process from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with key stakeholders to plan and execute recruiting strategies.

You’ll be recruiting for all positions within the organization, from technical roles to sales and support.

  • Experience conducting various interview types

  • Confidence to identify next steps and execute quickly
  • A sense of urgency and adaptability to ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
