Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Recruiter on a Fixed Term Contract to support EMEA & APAC go-to-market hiring. You will own full-cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and customer-facing roles, partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategies.

You will build proactive sourcing strategies in SaaS/fintech/crypto markets, manage candidates end-to-end, and provide market insights to stakeholders while maintaining diverse pipelines across geographies. This is a hybrid role with 1 day/week in London.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting sales and go-to-market talent.
• Experience with SaaS/fintech/cybersecurity environments.
• Interest in cryptocurrency/blockchain is a plus.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders in fast-paced settings.

The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success – people. Our mission is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world.

We’re looking for a Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to support hiring across our EMEA and APAC go-to-market teams during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you’ll partner directly with business leaders across enterprise and public sector teams to attract and hire exceptional talent who are helping build trust in the blockchain ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven company operating at the intersection of cryptocurrency, technology, and financial crime investigations, while working closely with a collaborative global Talent Acquisition team.

Contract Details

• Fixed term contract (6 mths)
• Hybrid working – 1 day per week in our London office
• Immediate impact supporting high-priority GTM hiring across EMEA & APAC

In this role, you’ll:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, including enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing roles

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• A track record of successfully recruiting sales and go-to-market talent, particularly quota-carrying roles
• Experience recruiting within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-growth technology environments
• A strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the digital assets ecosystem
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills, with the ability to generate strong pipelines independently
• A structured and organised approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously
• A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership over hiring outcomes

Nice to have experience:

• Experience recruiting across EMEA markets
• Previous exposure to crypto, blockchain, or Web3 companies
• Experience hiring for professional services or customer-facing technical roles
• Experience working in high-growth or pre-IPO environments
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools
