Job Description

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager, operating across all liquid asset classes. We apply a scientific, data-driven approach to investing, combining research, technology, and trading expertise in a highly collaborative environment. Our culture of innovation and continuous improvement drives us to deliver high-quality returns for our investors.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in London to support hiring across Central Functions.

Your Future Role at QRT:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for designated Central Functions roles — from job generation through to successful onboarding and integration into the firm.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, shape recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, review CVs, coordinate scheduling and manage the process to ensure clarity, consistency and efficiency.
  • Proactively source candidates and manage agency relationships, including briefings and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and employer branding to attract and engage top talent.
  • Ensure a positive, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the process.

Your Present Skillset:

  • 5+ years recruitment experience, ideally starting in agency before moving in-house.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing both direct sourcing and third-party recruiter relationships.
  • Proficient with ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse or similar tools.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance, and evolving environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

QRT is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome diversity as essential to our success. QRT empowers employees to work openly and respectfully to achieve collective success. In addition to professional achievement, we are offering initiatives and programs to enable employees achieve a healthy work-life balance.
