Overview

Love Luxury is London’s leading luxury resale destination, specialising in Hermès handbags, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and fine jewellery. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Recruiter to help us source and hire top-tier talent in the luxury retail space.

The Role We are looking for a professional Recruiter who understands the luxury retail space and can help us attract high-calibre candidates for roles including:

  • Sales & Admin Associates (Hermès, watches, fine jewellery)
  • Back-office and admin support
  • Occasional senior or management positions

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and co-ordinating interviews with suitable candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Love Luxury team to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Create, post, and manage job adverts on relevant platforms
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and your own networks
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews or pre-interview assessments
  • Coordinate trial days and manage candidate communications
  • Ensure all hires align with the Love Luxury brand standards: professional, polished, and discreet
Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with experience in luxury retail or high-end sales
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail staffing requirements, particularly in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Able to represent the Love Luxury brand to potential hires with integrity and discretion
