Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a In-HouseRecruiterto join the business . This position will be based at our Head Office inKnowsleyworking Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Your day-to-day tasks will be to support the Recruitment Manager in delivering an excellent candidate experience and meeting staffing levels required to support the business.

Your role will include:

  • Assist with managing PAYE vacancies across the full recruitment cycle including sourcing/advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and stakeholder management
  • Proactive sourcing of talent to build and maintain talent pipelines of suitable candidates
  • Recruit and select in line with job specifications and requirements
  • Maintains processes and procedures relating to selection and recruitment, worker status and agencies in line with legislation
  • Support with Ad-Hoc administrative duties

Experience:

  • Previous experience of recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency
  • Excellent communicating skills both face to face and over the telephone
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads.
  • IT Literate
  • Good understanding of checking legal right to work in the UK, desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
