Job summary

Rogo is seeking a London-based GTM Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across London and EMEA for SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates. You will own interview logistics, manage pipelines, and partner with the co-founder to shape hiring priorities as the European footprint grows.

You will build the company’s presence in the London market, refine recruiting processes, maintain Ashby data, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across time zones.

Qualifications

• Track candidate progress and next steps with strong attention to detail


• Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights for hiring teams


• Support initial candidate screens when needed


• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in hiring for the London and European market


• Propose and implement improvements to increase speed and quality


• Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure as the London team grows
