Job Description

We are hiring a Recruiter to support 4-6 communities with recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for hiring top talent frontline associates that will work in our communities Nationwide.

This is a remote position with some travel to our communities as needed. Must be located or willing to relocate to Southern California, Colorado, or Raleigh, NC.

What will I do every day?

  • Post positions in ATS, Indeed and partner sites
  • Call and screen candidates as they apply to open positions
  • Schedule community interviews and review feedback with hiring managers
  • Manage ATS and candidate steps
  • Work with communities on open positions, candidate flow and outreach
  • Provide a best in class candidate experience
  • Develop a strong understanding of our culture
  • Have a hands-on approach to sourcing and hiring the best frontline Associates to work at our communities
  • Build a strong network of candidates, attend networking events, partner with schools for career events
  • Build relationships with our hiring managers to understand their requirements
  • Understand how our communities operate and how each one is unique

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Be highly motivated
  • At a minimum a high school degree but ideally you graduated from college
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a busy recruiting/HR department
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Enjoy a fast-paced work environment balancing multiple projects and embracing change
  • Be professional, continuously improve, communicate openly, have a high level of integrity, be accountable and embrace our team culture
  • Be creative and share your ideas to help make us more efficient
  • Have a “whatever it takes” attitude and be committed to always providing the highest standard of work
  • Have a passion for your work and think about how your role directly impacts the life of a Resident living in a Kisco community
