An established industry player in senior living is seeking a motivated Recruiter to enhance recruitment efforts across multiple communities. This remote role involves posting job positions, screening candidates, and building relationships with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process. We are hiring a Recruiter to support 4-6 communities with recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for hiring top talent frontline associates that will work in our communities Nationwide.
This is a remote position with some travel to our communities as needed. Must be located or willing to relocate to Southern California, Colorado, or Raleigh, NC.
