Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a Recruiter on a fixed-term contract to lead end-to-end recruitment for our luxury airline catering operation. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, collaborating with Hiring Managers to meet business needs and KPIs.

The role requires proactive talent pipelining, exceptional candidate experience, and strong stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment. On-site in the London area with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an in-house or agency Recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational and support roles.
  • Create and manage vacancies across job boards and networks.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through databases, social media, referrals, agencies, colleges.
  • Screen applications and conduct structured interviews (telephone, video, face-to-face).
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and shortlist candidates.
  • Manage recruitment data through SmartRecruiters ATS.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current/future vacancies.
  • Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely completion of recruitment and HR documentation.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice and meet KPIs.

You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to interview, selection, offer, and onboarding, working closely with Hiring Managers to meet business needs. The role requires a proactive Recruiter who can build strong talent pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and ensure recruitment activity meets company standards and KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as anin-house or agency Recruiter.
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience using anApplicant Tracking System (ATS); experience withSmartRecruitersis an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
  • Knowledge ofUK Right to Work requirements and recruitment compliance.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • HR, Business, or related qualification is desirable.
  • A proactive and professional approach with a genuine passion for recruitment and people.
