This role owns full cycle hiring across Europe for a mix of technical and business roles, with technical hiring as the main focus. A strong candidate has a track record of recruiting engineers at fast growing tech firms, can also cover finance, legal, people and operations roles, and knows several European markets. The job rewards people who build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, advise senior leaders with judgment, and close candidates who have other offers.
