As we continue on the path of being the most credible, trusted hiring partner for businesses from start-ups and independent agencies through to global tech giants and the world’s largest studios, we are hiring another recruiter to join our Creative team and own Permanent hiring across Project Management, Account Management, Operations and Resource.

You will be joining an established and high-performing 9-person team and working as the direct counterpart to an experienced freelance consultant operating in the same market – currently working with clients ranging from independent studios to global beauty & eCommerce brands. We have an established client base in this area but are naturally looking for someone to own and grow this further.

We want to hire recruiters who know what great looks like (or are prepared to learn) and we are flexible on experience from Associate to Principal Consultant – the only ‘must-have’ experience we’re looking for is commercial recruiting experience within the Creative industry. On-top of that, you should demonstrate the following attributes:

  • You care about doing excellent work and are driven by providing a top-tier service.
  • You focus on relationships and community, not just transactions.
  • Energy and positivity are important to you – hiring is tough, and a ‘can do’ mindset is essential.

  • We operate a hybrid working model, with 3-days in the office each week (Mon, Thurs, Fri).
