Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary but include:

  • Coordinate weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates with the CEO.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
  • Manage the first stage of the recruitment process, including CV screening.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment software, Greenhouse:
    • Renew and update job postings.
    • Update job descriptions to attract more candidates.
    • Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
  • Report to senior recruitment staff and the CEO.
What we expect from you
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
  • Have a UK work permit.
  • Possess a natural ability to make people feel comfortable.
  • Take ownership, be proactive, and follow through on commitments.
  • Desire to learn, develop, and challenge yourself.
  • No experience needed; we will train you in recruiting.
Additional Information

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. We work at a fast pace and in person to create market-leading events throughout the year. We look forward to having you as part of our team.
