Retail Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary, but some key tasks include:

  1. Coordinating weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates with the CEO.
  2. Identifying and engaging potential candidates for outreach.
  3. Managing the initial stage of the recruitment process, including CV screening.
  4. Owning the recruitment software, Greenhouse:
  5. Updating and renewing job postings on the platform.
  6. Enhancing job descriptions to attract more candidates.
  7. Ensuring synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
  8. Reporting to the senior recruitment team and the CEO.
What we expect from you
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
  • Valid UK work permit.
  • A natural ability to make people feel comfortable.
  • Ownership mentality, proactivity, and commitment.
  • A desire to learn, develop, and challenge yourself.
  • No prior experience needed; we will train you in recruiting.
Additional Details

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based at our offices in Buckingham Gate. We work at a fast pace and value in-person collaboration to create market-leading events throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.
