What you''ll be doing
  • Sourcing suitable candidates
  • Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews
  • Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
  • Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance
  • Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding
  • Following our compliance processes
  • Booking successful candidates into training
What we''re looking for
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach
  • A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people

Valid Driving Licence and you own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly

What we offer
  • Up to GBP27,300 per year
  • 37.5 hour workweek, 5 days out of 7
