This role is important to the success of the apprenticeship programmes for the marketing and vacancy generation for Original Equipment Manufacturers & Independent Aftermarket programmes and vacancy filling with high calibre candidates to attract maximum government funding where appropriate.

Job Description
  • Communicate with employers and prospective apprentice candidates to generate apprenticeship roles and identify successful candidates
  • All aspects of recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, candidate processing and generating reports
  • Eligibility screening apprentice candidates in line with current Government funding rules to ensure compliance
  • Liaising as necessary with all stakeholders to ensure apprentice recruitment targets are met
  • Support any other office and training centre administration procedures including occasional reception cover and exam invigilation
  • Occasional travel to off-site recruitment events and graduation ceremonies may be required
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders internally and externally to proactively drive company successes
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment information in-line with Data Protection guidelines.
  • Take reasonable responsibility for Prevent and Safeguarding the welfare of young adults.
  • Any other tasks as required by his/her manager.
Qualifications
  • Possess strong organisational skills.
  • Use balanced judgement and informed decision making in the delivery of his/her duties.
  • Have knowledge of the automotive training business and government funded programmes.
  • Display, always, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company.
  • Take ownership of customer queries. Think partnerships. Collaborate with all members of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (MA) business.
  • Understand the goals and operating targets of the business and the way in which he/she contributes towards the success of Bosch MA within the UK
  • Engage in the process of improving our business processes by contributing ideas and suggestions.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively at all levels, both externally and internally
  • Be determined, energetic and flexible.
  • A proficient level of education with strong proficiency in English, Maths, and ICT
  • Highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS applications and data applications
  • Must be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines.
