Responsibilities
  • Actively search for and engage candidates for IT vacancies of various levels (from junior to senior)
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
  • Use various channels to source candidates, including social media, professional platforms, job boards, and other resources
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Maintain and update the candidate database
  • Coordinate the hiring process and candidate feedback
  • Support a positive company image in the job market
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter
  • Excellent knowledge of the IT talent market and modern recruitment methods
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and department heads
  • Experience with various tools and platforms for candidate sourcing
  • English proficiency at B2–C1 level
