We're seeking a Recruiter to join our award-winning Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports our expanding water business in natural resources, nuclear, and networks.

Location: Can operate from any of our UK offices. Remote working is available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: Permanent position with flexible and part-time hours available—just let us know in your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment process, including writing and posting adverts, arranging interviews, and reviewing offer details.
  • Source candidates and build talent pools using our recruitment system and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Support Senior Recruiters by managing a number of vacancies.
  • Act as a positive brand ambassador for Kier, promoting our employee value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes.

What we are looking for:

This role is ideal if you have:

  • Experience sourcing candidates using various attraction methods.
  • Experience working in a recruitment environment, internal or agency.
  • Strong engagement skills and a creative, curious mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, candidate tracking systems, and social media tools.
