As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving recruitment efforts, attracting top-tier talent for roles across numerous European sites. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and manage candidate pipelines using effective sourcing methods. This role requires strong communication and a focus on delivering a great candidate experience.

Main Duties

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activity for high-volume roles within a fast-paced environment; including proactive candidate sourcing, screening candidates, adhering to international compliance, and delivering offers.
  • Develop successful relationships with candidates, build talent pools, and shortlist suitable candidates for hiring managers.
  • Actively source candidates for Centum vacancies via LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and other methods.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment, HR, Globalisation, and Logistics teams to effectively manage the candidate recruitment cycle from initial engagement, offer facilitation, onboarding, and relocation within Europe.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to coordinate European recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on hiring goals and processes.
  • Use market insights, data analytics, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies and guide decision-making.
  • Build, manage, and track talent pipelines using Centum’s bespoke in-house talent app and other tools, ensuring recruitment efforts are on track and efficient.
  • Anticipate hiring needs by building robust talent pipelines for future roles across multiple sites.
  • Work within company SLA’s including time to hire, service delivery, compliance, and legislation requirements.

Experience / Skills

  • Experience in a sales role or another customer-facing role is essential.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively with flexibility to adjust to changing needs.
  • Experienced in working within tight timelines and targets.
  • Proactive approach to sourcing.
  • A drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly IT literate.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume recruitment environment – ideally in the engineering or construction industry.
