We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for a Global Tech Giant, focusing on recruiting across the EMEA region. This role combines strategic sourcing, candidate management, relationship building, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive full-cycle recruitment process for roles across EMEA
2. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
3. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic hiring insights
4. Manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
5. Leverage data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes

2. Multiple vacancy management
3. Stakeholder relationship building
4. Filling priority positions
