  • Managing recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding
  • Sourcing and headhunting talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Building talent pipelines aligned with growth needs
  • Encouraging employee referrals
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Engaging with our alumni community
  • Supporting recruiting managers to attract and select suitable candidates while complying with relevant procedures and legislation, including Safer Recruitment
