Role

We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team based in Scotland and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an in-house Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual who is passionate about finding the right talent to drive our company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
