We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team based in Scotland and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an in-house Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
