Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a self-employed Recruiter. As a Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing and attracting candidates, arranging interviews, matching candidates with appropriate job opportunities, and providing support throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring successful placements.

• You will earn 70% of all fees you generate

Earning Example

If you were to place 4 people per month, with an average fee of £3,000, your total banked income would be £12,000, and you would earn in personal commission £8,400— all from working in your PJs.

What are we looking for?

In a word? Entrepreneurs. Someone who is fed up with working that 9-5 life. Making 100 calls per day to build someone else's business. Someone who wants to take their own direction and blaze their path with the mentorship, support, and training of people who have already done it.

Do you need experience? No. However, it does help. Either Property/Estate agency experience or recruitment experience is a great start.

You will need to be based in the UK and speak fluent English; apart from that, we are open.
