Umbrella Rate: A GBP 26.82/hr, increasing to A GBP 33.81/hr after 12 weeks (Inside IR35)

What You Will Do

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define candidate profiles that align with organisational goals.
3. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates, including proactive outreach and pipeline development.
4. Coordinate interviews and provide expert guidance on selection best practices to hiring teams.
5. Ensure timely, transparent, and engaging communication with candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and fairness in recruitment operations.
