An international development service provider in Basildon is seeking a Recruiter for a 12-month contract to manage the full-cycle hiring process. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, advising hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies. The position offers a dynamic work environment with both onsite and remote work.

We are recruiting for aRecruiter for our UK customer.
As a Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end hiring process for both internal and external recruitment needs. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and People teams, you will drive full-cycle recruitment, shape hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Additional information:
37.5hrs p/w working onsite 3-4 days per week, and 1-2 WFH.
This is a 12month contract
Position is confirmed inside IR35. Successful candidates need to be eligible to work in the UK.
