Job summary

The National Centre for Circus Arts is looking for a Programme Manager to work with the Head of Public Programmes & Artist Development to grow and deliver our recreational classes for young people (3–16) and adults, including Try sessions. • Manage delivery and development of recreational classes with the Head of Public Programmes & Artist Development.
• Aim to meet or exceed financial targets for recreational classes.
• Coordinate with Programme & Facilities Coordinators and Teachers to ensure high-quality delivery of service.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Systems & Memberships Manager to develop web presence and campaigns to achieve income aims.
• Maintain clear communications and develop excellent relationships with other National Centre departments to maximise opportunities.
