Lifeguards have one of the most important jobs at our centers, ensuring the safety of our customers in and around the water.

Recreation Assistants will perform duties at both wet and dry sites.

What we are looking for:

To be considered for a Lifeguard position at Leisure Focus, you need to be a strong swimmer with excellent customer service skills. You should also have:

• A UK-recognised pool lifeguard qualification, with NPLQ being essential
• An understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to appropriately address pool users' behavior
• Confidence and an approachable nature

DBS:

This position is classified as regulated, and a DBS Disclosure may be required. If you do not already hold a DBS, it will need to be obtained.
